Sansadhan Business Directory & Yellow Pages is exclusively available for businesses operating within India. Registration is strictly limited to legally recognized Indian business entities, including proprietorships, partnerships, LLPs, private limited companies, public limited companies, and other valid Indian establishments. Any registration made by an overseas or foreign business entity will be automatically rejected or terminated without prior notice. If it is discovered that a registered account represents a non-Indian or overseas business, Sansadhan reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate such account without refund.

Only one registration per business entity is permitted on our Business Listing Website. Duplicate registrations, multiple accounts representing the same business, or misleading registrations under different names for the same entity are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, Sansadhan Business Directory & Yellow Pages reserves the right to delete or merge such accounts without prior notice. No refund will be provided for duplicate registrations that are removed.

A registered customer may avail multiple services offered by Sansadhan Business Directory & Yellow Pages. Businesses can opt for Silver, Gold or Platinum Packages, Verified Free Listing, Featured Listings, promotional campaigns, and other premium business visibility services. Each package includes specific features, duration, and pricing as communicated at the time of subscription. By subscribing, the registered customer agrees to pay applicable charges and comply with the defined billing cycle and renewal terms. Upgrades or modifications to packages may be subject to additional fees and approval.

Only businesses enrolled under the Verified Free Listing category will be eligible to receive free business leads from Sansadhan Business Directory & Yellow Pages. Free listings that are not verified will not qualify for complimentary lead sharing. Verification of business ownership is mandatory for all free listing members and will be conducted at intervals of one (1) year. Sansadhan reserves the right to request supporting documents such as GST certificate, business registration proof, identity verification, address proof, or other relevant documents to confirm authenticity. Failure to complete or renew verification within the specified timeline may result in suspension of listing benefits, including eligibility for free business leads. Sansadhan retains full discretion to approve, reject, or revoke verification status based on internal compliance standards.

5. Legal Products & Services Only

Only lawful, genuine, and legally permitted products and services are allowed to be listed on Sansadhan Business Directory & Yellow Pages. Businesses engaged in illegal, restricted, counterfeit, fraudulent, or prohibited activities under Indian law are strictly forbidden from registering or promoting their services on the platform. Sansadhan reserves the right to remove any listing that violates legal provisions or regulatory standards without prior notice and without refund.

6. Content Standards & Social Responsibility

Any non-social, unethical, defamatory, obscene, misleading, abusive, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, unlawful activity, or violates public morality will be removed immediately. In such cases, the respective business listing shall be suspended or permanently terminated without refund. Sansadhan reserves sole discretion to determine whether content violates these standards.

7. Free Listing Catalogue & Editorial Guidelines

All Free Listing Catalogues shall be published strictly in accordance with Sansadhan internal editorial guidelines. We reserve the right to edit, modify, format, reject, suspend, or remove any catalogue page, description, photograph, or content that does not comply with our publishing standards. Sansadhan Business Directory & Yellow Pages retains full authority to suspend pages or remove content without prior notice if it is found to be misleading, inappropriate, incomplete, or in violation of guidelines.

8. Communication of Leads

All business leads, inquiries, and proposals will be shared exclusively through registered email communication. It is the responsibility of the registered user to maintain accurate and active contact details. Sansadhan does not guarantee lead conversion or transaction outcomes and acts solely as a facilitator.

9. Subscription, Renewal & Revocation

Services will be revoked if renewal fees or subscription bills are not paid on or before the due date. Sansadhan reserves the right to suspend or deactivate listings, microsites, promotional placements, or other services due to non-payment. Reactivation may require payment of pending dues and additional charges.

10. Intellectual Property Protection

Sansadhan Business Directory & Yellow Pages retains exclusive ownership of its website structure, microsite framework, catalogues, database, and digital assets. Movement, transfer, replication, or hosting of our Website, Microsite, or Catalogue on third-party servers without written permission is strictly prohibited. Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content, photograph, video, or proprietary material from our platform by service owners or registered customers is not permitted and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

All services are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of specific business outcomes. Sansadhan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform usage.
