Thank you for choosing Tryon for your high-priced dry cleaning of your bag and shoe requirements! We are committed to offering you the highest quality service and guaranteeing your satisfaction. The Return Policy provides the conditions and terms for making a request for a refund of services provided by Tryon. It is recommended to read the policy prior to using our services.

Refund Policy Eligibility is important for handling any claims. We recognize that problems may sometimes arise, and we strive to deal with them swiftly and effectively. We provide refunds or re-cleaning services for items that meet certain requirements: for items that have been damaged during the dry cleaning procedure due to our error, when the results of cleaning are substantially below our stated standards, or if there is an oversight in the work executed. To be eligible, the claim needs to be made within 24 hours after receiving your cleaned items, and the item must be in the same state they were sent back in by Tryon and not subject to additional use or modification.

Return Policy compliance is essential to the smooth resolution. If you believe that your item is eligible for a refund or re-cleaning, you should contact our customer service team via caretryon@gmail.com immediately or within 24 hours of receiving your item. Send us your service request details as well as a clear and complete description of the problem and any other supporting evidence, such as photos of the issue or a poor cleaning. Our customer service team will examine your request in depth within 7 days and walk you through the subsequent steps that could include returning the item to us for examination or re-cleaning.

Refund policy Options are created to give you flexibility and complete satisfaction. When we receive the item and verify that it is eligible to resell or refund, we will determine the resolution according to your preferences in addition to the specifics of your problem. There are options for a full or partial refund credited to the original method of payment or a free re-cleaning of the item affected and a gift card towards future Tryon services. We do not handle refunds promptly however, it could take up to 7 days to see the refund appear on your account, based on your bank or service. Refunds are not available for items that include items with pre-existing health conditions that are not disclosed at the moment of the service or those damaged by factors that are beyond our control once they have been delivered to you.
