Composition: Moxifloxacin 0.5% w/v sterile aqueous vehicle q.s.
Indications: Bacterial Conjuctivitis, Bacterial Keratitis, Allergic Conjuctivitis, Surgical Prophylaxis, Blepharitis
Dosage: 1 - 2 drops 3 times a day for 5 days
