Composition: Ofloxacin 0.3% w/v+ benzalkonium chloride solution ip (as preservative) 0.02% v/v sterile aqueous vehicle q.s.
Indications: Keratoconjuctivitis, Blepharitis, Corneal Ulcer, Keratitis, Pre & Post Operative Infections
Dosage: Days 1 - 2: instil 1 drop every two hours in affected eyes 8 times a day
Day 3 to 7: Instil 1 drop 4 times a day
