Composition: Chloramphenicol 10 mg + hydrocortisone acetate 5 mg+benzalkonium chloride solution ip 0.02% v/w (as preservative) + sterile paraffin base q.s.
Indications: Bacterial Conjuctivitis, Corneal Infections, Ocular Surgical Prophylaxis
Dosage: 3 times a day on affected eyes for 5 days
