Composition: Moxifloxacin 0.5% w/v + loteprednol etabonate 0.5 %w/v
Indications: Inflammatory Ocular Disorder, Post Operative Ocular Inflammation, Bacterial, Ophthalmic Infections, Allergic Conjuctivitis, Bacterial Conjuctivitis
Dosage: Apply to affected eyes 4 times daily beginning 24 hrs after surgery
