Composition: Moxifloxacin 0.5% w/v+ prednisolone acetate 1%w/v+ benzalkonium chloride solution ip (as preservative) 0.02% v/v sterile aqueous vehicle q.s.
Indications: Bacterial Conjuctivitis, Blepharitis, Bacterial Keratitis
Dosage: apply to affected eyes 4 times daily beginning 24 hrs surgery, post operative ocular inflammation
